A qualified Humanistic Psychotherapist, Helen brings over ten years of clinical experience to the therapy room. She has worked successfully with a very wide range of personal issues using both a short-term, solution-focused approach and a deeper, longer term, relational style.

Helen believes that personal change occurs through a fundamental acceptance of the self, and this philosophy informs all of her therapeutic work. She places a high value on the ease of the therapeutic encounter and so brings to her work warmth, humour and compassion.

Helen works with individuals and couples and offers appointments on a weekly or fortnightly basis. She is a clinical supervisor for counsellors and therapists and provides external supervision for those working in the caring professions. She also provides bespoke training courses in the field of human relations and personal development for both the public and private sector.
