Coaching works by taking a positive approach to problem-solving and learning. In this way negative, self-limiting beliefs are turned into positive action and results.

Coaching will give you the control to shape your personal and work life in a way you choose.
How does coaching work? Your coach works with you on a one to one basis, in a private, confidential environment. They will help you to set goals and overcome blocks that may be holding you back, using approaches such as questioning to generate personal insights.

The coaching process usually takes from 3 – 6 sessions. Frequency of the sessions will be agreed with you at the start of the process.
